Now that the 2010 season is over its
time to take a look at the books. Who from the 2010 season has entered the
History Books?
The 88 yard Td pass from Ryan Smith to
Dom Litz is now a new school record. Ryan Smith broke his own record for
total passing yards in one season at 1,672 and reset the record for most
touchdown passes in a season at 19. Dylan August ended the season
with 438 reception yards placing him second in the history book.

Dutchmen 2010 Season Ends
With 1:04 left in the 4th quarter and
facing a 3rd and 10 from Guilderland's 35 yard line Schenectady QB Tim Cox
threw a pass into double coverage in the end zone for the winning touchdown.
The Dutchmen's only score of the game came in the Fourth quarter Tim
O'Connor 32 pass from Ryan Smith (Josh Summers kick). The Dutchmen finish
with a 5-4 record ...

Big Night for Big Red Defense
Guilderland's defense had five sacks-
One each by Michael Garcelon, Matthew Callanan and Brandon Courtney and two
by senior defensive lineman Nathan Boehm. John Walsh had an interception and
James McLaughlin had a fumble recovery.
Senior Night Victory
It took the offense until the 2nd
quarter to get over the wet field conditions. Dylan August, found the
end zone with a 11yrd pass from Ryan Smith and moments latter Tony
Stanish scored with a 6yrd pass from Smith. Highlight of the

Home Coming Goes Shirtless
The home stands were filled with fans sporting tee-shirts
stomping on the Dutchmen, however our Varsity team had a different kind
of shirt in store for the Plainsmen.
The Dutchmen wore their victory shirts in a 37-13 impressive win over

Dutchmen Record Book
Ballston Spa Scores With Seconds Left
Ballston Spa stunned the home coming crowd when they scored with only 19
seconds left on the game clock. The Dutchmen were down 28-10 entering the
fourth quarter and went on to score 21 points to make it 31-28. The Scotties
responding with a late 6yard td pass to regain the lead.
Varsity Win Over Albany Falcons
Anthony Stanish's 45-yard TD burst in the first quarter started a
string of 34 unanswered points for Guilderland. Standish would find the end
zone again in the second quarter with a 4 yard run. Dominic Litz also scored
two td's in the second quarter with 15 yard and five yard receptions.
Placekicker Josh Sommers, was perfect on the night with two field goals and
four extra points.

TV Channel 9 Game of The Week
Ryan Smith passed for 302 yards and two touchdowns, but the Brothers put
ample pressure on him all night and used their own passing exploits --
getting touchdown tosses from three different sources. Guilderland (1-2,
0-2) fought back twice to rally within five points, but each time CBA
responded with a touchdown. Final Score 33-21 ..

Varsity Rolls To Victory
The first quarter was filled with
penalties and despite all the flag throwing by the officials the Dutchmen
were able to find the end zone. The Varsity squad jumped to a 14-0 lead and
never looked back. Ryan Smith passed for 258 yards breaking the single game
record of 248 that he set in 2009....

Varsity Loses To Toga on The Road
2010 Season opened in Saratoga on Friday September 3rd as the Dutchmen faced
a tough defensive Toga team.

On Sunday August 29th the varsity
football team made a stop at Chrispy Cuts Barber Shop for a day of
camaraderie, nostalgia and companionship and a free hair cut...view
