Historical Season Ends
The Guilderland Community formed a Red Sea of support and the Dutchmen (8-2) appeared poised to win the game despite surrendering all of a 17-0 lead in the fourth quarter. Smith, who led Guilderland with 157 yards rushing, kept the ball on a  run to the right when he ran into La Salle's Brian Beaury. A split second after Beaury collided with Smith, the senior snatched the football away  and proceeded to race 91 yards untouched for a touchdown with 15.9 seconds. LaSalle 28- Guilderland 17
 
Biggest Game In School History
With chants of ``This is our house,'' the fans buoyed the Dutchmen to a 21-7 victory over Ballston Spa in a Class AA semifinal contest. Next week, Guilderland will make its first appearance in a Section II final when it plays

The Dutchmen scored 13 unanswered points in the fourth quarter but come up short in their first defeat of the season. GHS 27 Ballston Spa 32 .Junior Varsity lost to Ballston Spa 24-0

Game Of The Week
Varsity Football was the Time Warner Game of The Week for
The September 20th game vs. CBA .The Dutchmen trailed 14-7 at halftime, but received touchdown runs of 3 and 8 yards from Paul Booker and a late defensive stand to earn the road victory and secured a Class AA playoff berth in the process. Guilderland 21 CBA 14


Pop Warner Night Victory
The Dutchmen D once again comes up big with 4 interceptions. Nick  Ranalli ran for 66 yards on six carries and the Dutchmen's only touchdown.

Varsity Wins Road Game
Paul Malamood delivered two fumble recoveries and a key fourth-down stop to lead the Dutchmen (2-0, 2-0) past the Spartans (1-1, 1-1) in Class AA Empire Division play. GHS 27 Queensbury 6

Dutchmen Win Home Opener
August 31, 2007 >>The Guilderland defense forced five Albany turnovers, four fumbles and one interception in the 20-0 victory over Albany High. Andrew Smith tied a school record with a 75-yard punt return that gave the Dutchmen a 14-0 lead in the second quarter.
