Black and Blue Camp 

Who:  For all athletes who will be enrolled in high school during the 2005-2006 school year

Where:  Guilderland High School

When:  Monday, June 6 – Friday, June 10^th from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Taping and pre-practice will begin at 3:15. 

Description:  Come develop your football skills and test your mettle at our full-contact football camp from June 6^th – June 11^th.  We will emphasize the fundamental skills necessary at each offensive and defensive position:  stance, footwork, blocking, tackling, receiving, route-running, playing sound coverage, running and throwing.  Work with your teammates and other players from the area and receive coaching from the staffs of Guilderland High School , Voorheesville, Mohonasen and Union College .  The week will culminate with full-contact scrimmages (9^th and 10^th graders will scrimmage separately from 11^th and 12^th graders).

  Cost:  $80 per person which includes:

• Position specific coaching
• Certified Athletic Trainer          
• Camp tee shirt
• Concessions on final day of camp

  Sign-ups:  You may sign up on-line, through the mail or turn in your payment to Coach Penna at the high school.  Make checks out to “Town of Guilderland”

  What to bring: 

• Cleats AND sneakers
• Equipment (provided by your high school coach)
• Sports drink (water will be available)

Union College Football Academy :

For fundamental football development (blocking, tackling, etc.) and local exposure.  Great opportunity for overall football development. [click here ]
