2006 Season Comes To An End With Victory Over Shenn
The Dutchmen's 16-0 win over Shenn brings to an end of a great winning season. The Dutch finished with a 6-3 record, the first winning season since 1995 [Dutch History Book]

Defensive Battle Till The End
The Dutchmen in their first playoff game since 1999 lost to CBA 13-8. The first quarter found both teams not able to move the ball due to hard hitting and quick reacting defenses. In the 2nd quarter CBA's Michael Chaire had a 50yard  run to break the scoreless tie. The Dutchmen responded with a  Andrew Smith 20yrd pass from Gregory Barcomb and Kevin Forbes ran in the two point conversion. CBA capitalized on a Dutchmen turnover early  in the 3rd quarter to take the lead on a Luke Weaver 14yrd pass from Jim O'Brien

Dutchmen Big Road Victory 60-0 Over Ithica 
Guilderland (5-2) throttled Ithaca (1-6).The Guilderland defense limited Ithaca to negative yards rushing and a total of 50 yards on offense.  
Dutchmen Win 4th Quarter Battle
Varsity took control of the fourth quarter on both sides of the ball as the Dutchmen defeated Queensbury 28-12. [ Times Union Story ]
First Half  Fumbles Costly
Saratoga Springs capitalized on three Guilderland fumbles in the 
first half, racing to a large halftime lead and cruising to a 26-6 win Friday night at Guilderland High.

FMS With A Big Win
FMS Football has impressive  first win vs. Albany on Monday Sept 25th 36-0. Kurt Tirpak and Ben Pontillo each run for 100 yards and a touchdown apiece.
Defense is led by Brett McNiel Nick Mastrianni, Josh Pontillo, and Naeem Gibson.
Columbia's Defense Stops the Dutchmen
Dominating defensive performance on Friday, shutting Guilderland down inside the red zone and limiting the Dutchmen to 125 yards of total offense in a 24-7 victory at Columbia High.
Pop Warner Night 2006
For the past  10 years Pop Warner Night has been a Guilderland Community Event. The Dutchmen victory over Troy with a large crowd in attendance will be the talk of the town. During halftime the crowd was treated to a cheerleading display by the varsity cheerleaders and the entire Pop Warner Cheer Squads.
